A self-test page can help identify the source of a printing problem. If you can print a self-test page and the self-test page looks ‘normal’, then you know the source of the printing problem is somewhere else. If you get a message on your C7280 printer or on your computer that says you’re ‘out of paper’ when you DO have paper loaded, watch this video and see if it helps. You can find the same information by going to hp’s website (or Google) and searching for ‘c00786157′ (lowercase c does matter). This video may apply to other printers as well.
