i want to clean my epson printer/scanner with compressed air but i dont know if it is safe to do.
I have a canon pixma mp210 printer/scanner. Do i need to have ink or paper in the printer to scan pics to my computer and how do i scan them to my computer?
I own a brand new canon mp130 printer/scanner and have had it for over a year and a half. I have not been able to configure it correctly since I purchased it. My original warranty is expired, I have tried to download the drivers from both the orginal cd software as well as trying directly from the canonusa website.
There is some kind of usb conflict that I have been trying to understand and I am at my wit’s end trying to do it. Seems ashame to throw this beautiful looking machine in the trash, but it is as good as a heavy paper weight. The reason I bought it was because their cameras are so well made and user friendly. I will NEVER buy another of their printers however. I’ve tried all the configurations Canon has in their support and installed, reinstalled both the drivers and the software on so many occassions I could do it blindfolded.Does anyone know what I might be missing here?

I have a canon mx300 all in one printer/scanner. It prints fine but for some reason, I can’t scan anything, I’m assuming it’s because I don’t have to software, so what can I do to get it to scan? Sorry I don’t know much about printers:)
Where can I download Samsung Smarthru scanner driver for my Lexmark z82 printer/scanner?
I have the Lexmark driver for the printing functions, but I lost the old disk that had the Smarthru driver for the scanner.
It’s NOT on the Lexmark website and it’s NOT on the Samsung website.
Does anybody know where I can find it?
I bought an hp all-in-one (printer/scanner/fac/copier) and use the ADF to scan a stack of images at a time. I’m scanning at 600dpi and it seems quite slow. I use to use my traditional flatbed scanner, which connected with USB and it seems faster…
So is wireless scanning (where it sends the scans to your pc through the air) slower than if it is connected with the supplied USB cable?

I have a typical all-in-one fax printer scanner from hp, i don’t have a phone line, can i use some combination of hp or third-party software to get a fax through? or do you absolutely need a regular phone line to use the fax function on the printer?
My printer/scanner/fax machine is from Dell and won’t send a fax to a nearby company. When I go to send a fax, I can locate the fax machine I want to send it to, and send it, but the progress stays at pending and the company isn’t receiving the fax. Does anyone know how to get the machine to deliver the fax fully?
When i try to scan multiple sheets, they come out as one document. I want to be able to scan all of the sheets at the same time, but then handle each individual sheet separately. For example, i would like to put each sheet in a separate file without scanning each sheet individually. Can i do this using an hp officejet j6400 printer/ scanner?

I am using printer and scanner in my house. Due to space restriction, I am not able to keep both in the same place. Then I thought of moving the scanner / printer to next room or near by convenient place and I bought a lengthy USB cable. Now with that new USB cable my computer is not detecting the either printer nor scanner. Can any one suggest a better hardware arrangement to move printer / scanner at least 15-20 feet. Recently I have seen Belkin Home Base, seems it is very expensive.
I have windows XP. I have a canon MP160 printer/scanner. I use cable internet. I would like to scan things in from the printer/scanner and fax it. I then would like to be able to receive faxes and have it print using the printer part of the printer/scanner.
How can I set this up? Is there any good FREE software that I can use to do this?
